TASTE UKRAINE — a platform for promoting Ukrainian food products on global markets
TASTE UKRAINE is an initiative launched by Ukrainian businesses as a platform to promote the country’s agri-food sector, value-added products, and food innovations on global markets.
Our goal is to showcase export-ready Ukrainian food and ingredient manufacturers and create new collaboration opportunities to better serve the evolving demands of the global food industry.

TASTE UKRAINE is a modern B2B platform that showcases Ukraine’s real business potential as a reliable and ambitious partner. The format includes regular B2B events in key target markets — the United States, Canada, Germany, the Nordic countries, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

GLOBAL CHALLENGES & THE PROJECT'S RESPONSE
The global food industry faces growing challenges: ingredient shortages, rising production costs eroding margins, growing demand to combine social and environmental responsibility.
Businesses are seeking ways to reduce costs without compromising quality, to diversify supply chains and adopt innovative solutions aligning with shifting consumer demand to healthy and sustainable food trends.
TASTE UKRAINE offers a focused solution: partnerships with Ukrainian producers, launch of contract manufacturing and joint R&D projects, supply of modern equipment to Ukrainian facilities, and investments in Ukraine’s food-tech sector. All in a country that can grow anything and deliver more.
WHY UKRAINE?
A LAND OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
With over 79 million acres of arable land — one of the largest in the world — Ukraine is a country that can grow at scale and with enterprises ready to deliver to international specifications. At the same time, Ukraine is open to investment in value- added production - from food-tech and alternative proteins to ingredient sourcing and finished goods manufacturing.
Here’s a quick breakdown for every 1 million hectares:
Raw commodity export:
~$1.22 billion/year
In-country processing:
~$2.41 billion/year
Added value unlocked through processing: ~$1.19 billion/year
Ukraine offers a unique combination of strengths:

UKRAINIAN LEADERS FUELING GROWTH
TASTE UKRAINE is the first large-scale international initiative of its kind — driven entirely by a community of Ukrainian businesses. This effort is proudly powered by leading Ukrainian companies such as MHP, Oliyar, Enzym, and Meest, who stepped in as sponsors to empower small and medium-sized food producers.
Their support has made it possible for these companies to present their products on global markets and represent Ukraine with ambition, resilience, and pride.
It’s not just about expanding market reach — it’s about building a new business ecosystem, where leaders support emerging players united by a shared vision of Ukraine as a hub of bold solutions, food innovation, and trusted global partnerships
We are also honored to have Mercy Corps as a supporting organization, reinforcing Ukraine’s long-term economic resilience and global integration through trade and cooperation.
Let’s build the future of food together.
