Beginning

The OGO FOOD was created by Lilya and Vitaliy in 2020. As parents they decided to prepare something healthy for their child instead of candies, and that's how the idea of making fruit rolls came about.

Pastylla is a tasty, healthy, and nutritious snack or treat that serves as a great alternative to traditional sugary candies.

The main feature of the recipe is the low cooking temperature, which preserves the original taste and all the natural beneficial qualities of the ingredients.

Fruit roll is a tasty, healthy, and beneficial snack that serves as a great alternative to traditional sugary candies. It is a homogeneous sheet-like product that can be cut, bitten, and chewed.
The recipe for making these healthy treats from apple puree and berries was a family recipe, passed down through generations.

Our story

The main feature of the recipe is the low cooking temperature, which preserves the original taste and all the natural beneficial properties of the ingredients. The berries are not subject to high-temperature processing; instead, they are dried at a temperature of 38°C, which helps the fruit roll retain its vibrant color, flavor, and all the microelements. While completely natural composition, it can be stored for six months in a dry and cool place.

In order to minimize the negative impact on the environment, OGO FOOD uses energy-efficient equipment in their production facilities. All products are manufactured according to international quality standards. The berries and fruits used in the fruit roll grow in close proximity to the production site. In 2022, the owners personally harvested and prepared raspberries, and this year they did the same with blueberries. This not only allows them to control the quality but also adds a touch of family warmth to each portion of fruit roll.

To make 30 grams of fruit roll, 300 grams of fresh fruits and berries are required. Today, 10,000 units of the product are produced weekly.
